
It's wet today, so I decided to do some baking. Having not made biscotti before (or at least not in a long time) I felt it was time to give it a whirl. Not bad for a first attempt, neds better almonds and maybe a little more sugar.

Looks good from here the biscotti i mean. And wet is an understatement. it's nice for a change to get some rain water into my herb garden rather than from the tap.
