Aleks' Spelling

While at the coffee shot that shall not be named, at Ascot, Aleks spelled his name out in packets of sugar.

The photo is definitely not "high art" but I'm pretty proud of him. Aleks is 4.5 yo at the moment.

    He's a clever little munchkin. He looked at this photo again last night and declared the last letter wasn't right, so I pointed out he'd run out of table and he seemed to think that was ok.

    These are kinda rectangular - if you squish them flat. But yes, I know the ones you refer to, about the same size and shape as a salt packet. You can get those here too, but these long ones are the "Café" style.

    i was impressed with his letters, too. in fact, the misshappen 's' is my fault. i pointed out to him that he was missing a bit of the 's' & so he put it up the top, since, as you so rightly pointed out, he'd run out of table.

    - we used to have normal rectangular sugar packets, but then these fancy schmancy long, skinny ones started appearing all over the place. mind you, they're a bit easier to use. easier to tear the end off, that is, since it's so much narrower.
