Abandoned building with a view
This building on the old wharf has the windows in the lower level boarded up and someone has painted the view from the other side on the boards.
Amazingly the graffiti "artists" haven't defaced it.

so what was this before it was abandoned?
Something to do with the old Docks there. It's just on the City side of the Bridge, but the whole riverside along there used to be a long wharf, so this was probably one of the buildings that serviced them. The river is literally just the other side of the building.
